The apartment is of contemporary design fully furnished and all equipped to ensure that our guests have comfortable stay when using our accommodation.

Our aim is to supply all the comforts of home in your apartment while staying with us on your business or holiday in Prague. Any reasonable requests for additional items in your flat will be considered.

Living Area / Sleeping Area
Wooden floor, two seater couch, coffee table, floor rugs, flat screen TV, DVD player, internet, TV table, double divan beds including all bed linen and duvets, bedside tables, bed lamps, floor rugs, wall paintings mirror.

Hall
Wooden floor, wardrobe, coat and hat wall mounted hanger, units with shoe box compartment, wall mirror and wardrobe.

Bathroom 
Bathtub shower, wash-hand-basin units and washing machine, tiled floor, with all towelling and floor rugs, separate toilet.

Kitchen / Dining Area
Wooden floor, tiled floor, fitted units with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle, dining table and 2 chairs. Complete sets of pots and pans. Complete sets of cutlery. Complete sets of utensils.

General
Hoover, iron, ironing board and apartment cleaning utensils.

Management
All utilities are managed on a monthly bases. Fixed charge is included for management of common areas to lift maintenance, hall cleaning, waste collection and lightning.

Special requests
All contracts for lease are available in short or long stay and may be extended by reasonable notice.

Others 
Maintenance personnel on call to answer and repair any queries you may have.   Please contact us with any questions!
