Completely new complex of apartments is offering beds or rooms in shared apartments for short therm. Very comfortable and affordable accommodation in area Letňany. Possibility of confirmation of accommodation!   Rooms consist of single beds, a wardrobes, a LCD TV and desks with chairs. There is a shared kitchen with an oven, a cooker, microwave, cattle and dinning tables with chairs. Bathrooms and toilets are completely reconstructed and also shared. There is a possibility of using a TV or a conference and a storage room in the building if needed.   It is a very nice and peaceful area with easy connection to the Prague center. Accessible either by bus (station Rychnovská) that goes to metro stations Letňany, Vysočanská and Českomoravská or by walk to the metro station Letňany (10 minutes). There are many shops and facilities in that area along with a large shopping center OC Letňany.    The monthly rent varies depending on the length of your stay. The price starts 165 CZK/night for a bed in shared room (4 950 CZK/month). The rent reduces with the duration (10% discount if staying longer than one month).
